# How do I report a Shortage or Damages?

Notification of Shortages & Damages reported within 3 working days of delivery. Requests for returns must be made within 7 Days of receipt of goods Contact our service team on [service@united-uk.com](mailto:service@united-uk.com) or call our customer service team on 0870 890 0020 , Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm to start the returns process.
