# My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

We suggest you log into the My Account section on our website, select outstanding orders to view if your order is in dispatch.

If you have ordered furniture, large technology items, safes, or selected business machines these products are delivered by a specialised courier service due to the size and weight of these products. We will contact you the day prior to delivery with an expected delivery time. These products usually take 3-7 business days for delivery.
